✨ The Think Tank took place again! ✨

The Think Tank organized by Law Office Matteus was held last week, and for the first time we brought both contracting authorities and tenderers together around the same discussion table.

The topic was an engaging one: we discussed the limits of clarifying tenders in public procurement and examined various specific cases. Taking a practical approach, we worked through different scenarios and shared experiences from both perspectives.

Together, we concluded that discussions between contracting authorities and tenderers on different topics are highly valuable. Open communication enables the sharing of insightful solutions and experiences.

One participant summed up the essence of the Think Tank well: “Discussing specific topics in a relaxed atmosphere with specialists in the field—topics that affect all contracting authorities in one way or another—adds tremendous value.”
