We are delighted to announce that Kadri Matteus, Partner at Advokaadibüroo Matteus, will be speaking at Addenda’s annual Public Procurement Conference “Public Procurement Law 2025: To Do It Yourself or Outsource? Current Issues”, taking place on 6 November 2025.

📍 Every autumn, Addenda hosts its traditional procurement conference, bringing together hundreds of leading professionals from the field. This year’s event is a high-level international conference, organized in cooperation with the University of Tartu. The conference will address key challenges, complex cases, and recent developments in procurement law and court practice, including issues related to review procedures and the latest European Court of Justice cases.

👤 Kadri will present an overview of European Court of Justice rulings from autumn 2024 to autumn 2025.
