Beginning of the new business season

🌟 We kicked off the new business season together with our valued corporate clients and partners.

💡 We had an inspiring conversation with Sulev Senkel and Andres Birnbaum about how alliance contracting can help address public sector challenges in both IT and construction.

🌟 Unlike a traditional service or works contract, an alliance agreement is built on a unique form of collaboration — one where all parties win and lose together, without rigid contractual boundaries or competing project interests. Everything is planned, decided, and executed jointly, starting from the very early stages of the project.

💡 Did you know that Estonia already has five public construction projects implemented through alliance contracts? And that Finland has successfully completed IT alliances as well?
We concluded that since the adoption of innovative new models always depends on bold people, it’s probably only a matter of time before the first IT alliance project emerges in Estonia — and we certainly have no shortage of bold people here. The construction sector has already built up valuable experience, and now it’s time to listen to their lessons and apply the same tools to the IT sector.

🌟 Of course, no season kickoff would be complete without some fun — so we also put our luck to the test at a wine casino, where many of us discovered a new favorite wine (and learned when it’s wise to go “all in”… and when not to!).
