✨ The Think Tank met again! ✨

In a festive atmosphere, the Think Tank gathering took place on 3 December at the Law Firm Matteus. This time, we looked back at public procurement court disputes from 2025. We provided participants with an overview of the most interesting cases and the key lessons to take with us into the new year.

Together, we concluded that discussions among contracting authorities are extremely valuable, as many of the challenges they face are similar. Open dialogue creates opportunities to share innovative solutions and practical experiences.

One participant summed up the essence of the Think Tank particularly well: “Being able to discuss concrete topics in an open environment with specialists in the field, on issues that in one way or another affect all contracting authorities, adds tremendous value.”
