Done work: Bank of Estonia

We successfully represented Eesti Pank | the Bank of Estonia before the Public Procurement Review Committee (VAKO) in a dispute concerning a public procurement, the subject of which was a pre-analysis for upgrading the Bank of Estonia’s SAP financial software version. The dispute concerned the submission of a conditional tender by the bidder and, as a result, the lawfulness of rejecting the tender. VAKO agreed with the contracting authority’s positions and dismissed the appeal.
