A procurement hack — much like a “life hack” — is a clever and simple tip that makes the work of contracting authorities and tenderers easier, faster, or more efficient.

These hacks are often the kind of insights that only experienced practitioners know — things you learn through practice rather than from an official manual. In other words, you probably won’t find them in the Ministry of Finance’s FAQ section 😅
