AS Eesti Post has signed a contract for the implementation of a dynamic route planning solution

HERE’s innovative, automated, and predictive courier zone planning system enables Omniva to streamline its business processes and achieve long-term cost efficiency. HERE is partnering with Kardinal to support Omniva with its extensive experience in last-mile delivery optimization, using its Territory Analytics & Optimization solution. The eight-year contract has a maximum value of 2 million euros.

The contract was awarded through a competitive negotiated procurement procedure. The negotiations covered the contract terms, including the Service Level Agreement (SLA), considering that this was Omniva’s first investment in such software and services.

Our role in supporting Omniva ranged from procurement planning to the conclusion of the contract.
