Advokaadibüroo Matteus and ITL Morning Seminar

On May 9th, we met with ITL Estonia members at a morning seminar organized by Advokaadibüroo Matteus and ITL.

The seminar focused on current public procurement dispute committee and court decisions related to the IT sector. We provided a comprehensive overview of court and VAKO decisions from 2024 and 2025, from which several interesting insights emerged. We discussed how to submit bids wisely and also concluded which nuances in disputes are essentially futile.

Thank you to all the participants for their active engagement! 💡

The morning seminar was led by Advokaadibüroo Matteus partner Kadri Matteus and lawyer Merily Rool.
