I am an attorney with over 10 years of experience, and my mission is to provide top-notch and flexible legal services in specific fields and sectors. Having previously worked extensively in a leading Estonian law firm, I understand the significance of delivering professional services, client-centeredness, and absolute dedication to my field.   Nowadays, success can't be achieved by just knowing something, but delving deep into clients' and one's field provides a true competitive advantage.

I am one of the most recognized lawyers in Estonia in the field of public procurement, advising both contracting authorities and entrepreneurs from the development of procurement procedures to representation in court disputes. I have conducted numerous procurement proceedings, possessing practical experience as a lawyer working for the contracting authority and advising companies participating in tenders. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in other administrative law disputes. Therefore, I am a reliable partner for both the public and private sector.

In the field of public procurement law, I am a respected speaker and one of the authors of the commented publication on the Estonian Public Procurement Act. I maintain the only procurement blog Riigihankeblogi and podcast in Estonia since 2019.

I am also a conciliator under the Conciliation Act, with experience and recognition as a legal expert in resolving disputes arising from the performance of public procurement contracts, including serving as a member of Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) in FIDIC contracts.

Since 2020, I have been a member of the Administrative Law Commission of the Estonian Bar Association.

I am a continuous learner, activist, and enthusiast. As evidence of this, I have received some colleague awards during my long journey at COBALT: Enthusiast of the Year, Influencer of the Year, and Activist of the Year.
