The Instruments of Public Procurement Think Tank
The season finale of the Procurement Think Tank took place on June 6, 2024, at the beautiful Bestwine studio, where we discussed procurement instruments such as framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems. These tools offer significant time-saving opportunities for procurers, and we all agreed that they could be used more and more intelligently.
We initially started the Think Tank with just our procurer clients, as they have the most practical topics to discuss in this format. We've also found new topics to discuss in the fall and will continue with renewed energy! This season, we gathered four times and discussed not only procurement tools but also the practical aspects of creating procurement documents, amending contracts, and strategic procurement.
Since I also have wonderful clients from the supplier side, I will be starting a separate series of procurement events for entrepreneurs this fall.
