We are proud of our clients

-         We help our clients to stand up for the survival of the entire Estonian short-term accommodation business in court, which was also covered by TV magazine Pealtnägija

-         We helped PERH invest in people's health by training their specialists in public procurement in drawing up technical specifications

-         We helped the residents of Viljandi to get home safely by conducting a new period of road maintenance procurement

-         We helped Eesti Pank to contribute to the sustainable development of the Estonian economy and wealth growth by conducting various public procurements on behalf of the bank, which are necessary for the functioning of the central bank

-         We help to ensure Estonia's energy security by disconnecting from the Russian electricity system by advising Elering on conducting the necessary public procurement of frequency reserves

-         We helped people and businesses in the Baltics to get their parcels faster by advising Eesti Post on obtaining new dynamic transport circle planning software

-         We are helping to integrate the Baltic States into the European rail network by participating in the Rail Baltic Estonia alliance procurement advisory team

-         We support the achievement of sustainable environmental goals in organised waste transport through legal advice to Ragn-Sells

-         We helped the state and apartment associations to achieve their energy efficiency goals by creating new bases of standardised procurement documents commissioned by Enterprise and Innovation Foundation for carrying out the purchase procedure of the beneficiary

-         We helped the Estonian business environment to make the most of the public procurement market by advising on the preparation of tenders and representing different entrepreneurs in disputes

-         It is especially awesome to report that based on the satisfaction survey conducted among the largest customers, our recommendation percentage was 100! All respondents completely agreed with the statement that they would highly recommend our service to others.

Appearances, trainings and Public Procurement Think Tank

-         We carried out 5 Public Procurement Think Tanks, including 4 for contracting authorities and 1 for bidders. The range of topics concerned modification of public contracts, strategic procurement,  reliance on other person's resources and, more broadly, cooperation between economic operators in public procurement

-         Kadri spoke at the Public Procurement Treff, the Public Procurement Conference and the Annual Conference of Public Procurements on various topical topics

-         Merily performed at the Public Procurement Treff and trained suppliers in conducting e-procurements and dynamic purchasing system

-         Both in the blog and in the media, we wrote about cascading framework contracts, the conduct of ICT procurements and security aspects in public procurement

-         Kadri participated in the NOHRCON conference in Copenhagen, i.e. the Nordic public procurement conference, drawing inspiration for new ideas and making new contacts

 

Other notable

-         Kadri retained her status as a recommended lawyer in the Lexology Index (end Who's Who Legal) in the category of government contracts

-         Merily Rool joined the office

-         We moved from Fahle Workland to downtown Skyon house in Maakri quarter

-         We started using legally designed public procurement basic documents, which are central to the company to help to better understand the public procurement process and which hopefully will also increase the quality of tenders
