Merily Rool joined the firm

The law firm is made up of the people who carry the firm’s values, work towards a common goal, and advise its clients. In short, it's a team. We are now two in the team!

Since September, I have joined the firm, Merily Rool, although I have already been contributing part-time to the firm's activities for some time. I specialize in both public procurement and civil law matters. One of my core values is development, which is why I aim to contribute to the growth of both myself, my clients, and the wider field. In a changing world, it is essential to approach situations strategically and scientifically, which does not allow one to remain a mere bystander. My mission is to make the public procurement field simpler and more interesting for everyone involved.

I have the competence to advise both procurers and entrepreneurs on various public procurement-related issues. I also have extensive experience as a procurement officer in the IT sector, which makes me a reliable partner in drafting foundational documents, offering consultations, providing training, conducting public procurement processes, and representing clients in disputes. I have assisted suppliers in finding suitable procurement opportunities, participating in them, ensuring the legality of contract performance, and representing them in legal disputes. My strong academic background allows me to understand both sides' joys, amplifying them, and their concerns, helping to resolve them.
