How to draft a technical specification?
🎤 In February, we delivered a training session for employees of Lennuliiklusteeninduse AS (EANS) on drafting technical specifications in public procurement. This is one of our most popular tailored trainings, where we cover the regulatory requirements of a well-prepared technical specification, its focus on performance-based outcomes, and key principles derived from case law. We also debunk common myths and discuss practical ways to address real-life challenges that arise when drafting technical specifications. The training is primarily aimed at staff responsible for preparing technical specifications. In more in-depth sessions, we also explore broader strategic challenges such as environmental sustainability and security considerations.
✈️ EANS is responsible for providing high-quality aeronautical navigation services in the Tallinn Flight Information Region in compliance with international standards, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs. The company also ensures flight safety in Estonian airspace and in parts of international airspace delegated by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
