Construction industry
I advise clients in the construction sector (general contractors, designers, architects, and other service providers) in drafting construction contracts and resolving disputes, regardless of whether the client is a public entity or a private company. Often, the contract used is ETÜ2013, and market participants have already developed an established interpretation of the contract terms and an understanding of the system. The use of model contracts helps reduce the time spent on identifying and pricing

contractual risks.
I also possess expertise in FIDIC contracts, primarily advising contractors in disputes arising from FIDIC contracts and serving as a member of the FIDIC Dispute Adjudication Board. FIDIC, or the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, is an international standard-setting organization for construction technology and consulting engineers, renowned for its model contracts. The most commonly used FIDIC contract models in Estonia are the Red and Yellow Books.
I also provide support on regulatory issues such as building and use permits, planning, certifications, etc.
